Founder note

Veridion exists to make market data auditable.

I built Veridion because retail market tools often show a rating without enough source discipline around the number. The product is built around the opposite posture: public methodology, visible provenance, and explicit limits when coverage is thin.

What it is

A research platform that publishes the Veridion Score, Congress disclosures, insider filings, analyst changes, chart context, and portfolio-level reads from public and licensed data.

What it is not

Not a broker. Not an investment adviser. Not a transaction directive. The score is research infrastructure, not financial advice.

How it operates

Missing factors are dropped from the weighted subset. Evidence tables drop incomplete forward-return windows. The public status page records operational freshness.

What Veridion publishes

Veridion publishes a 0-100 conviction score on covered US equities after the US close. The score combines six public factor families with disclosed weights. The methodology page explains what each factor measures, where the data comes from, how missing coverage is handled at the public level, and what the score does not measure.

Every score page links back to the methodology. Every public evidence table shows sample size and uncertainty context. Thin coverage is treated as thin coverage, not filled with invented middle values.

What Veridion refuses
  • No trade execution and no custody of customer funds.
  • No financial advice and no transaction direction.
  • No advertising business model.
  • No sale of user-level portfolio, watchlist, or chat data.
  • No AI-model training on user portfolio, watchlist, or chat content.
  • No zero-fill when data is missing.
Operating discipline

A production smoke test runs on the public surface. Runtime errors are routed through Sentry. The deploy gate blocks unsupported claims, placeholder data, exposed credentials, and client-visible implementation leaks. Security posture and methodology changes are documented in public.

Who built this

Veridion is currently built and operated by a solo founder under Veridion Markets LLC. The product is still early, so roadmap, methodology, security, and infrastructure decisions are documented where users can audit the work.
