Each record carries the document it was parsed from, the line number inside that
document, and the timestamp we first observed it. An as_of query returns
only what was knowable on that date. Below our retained floor it returns a typed
error rather than a guess.
Scope, stated plainly: U.S. House Clerk and Senate eFD filings, plus OGE. SEC coverage is not in this version. Rows sourced from commercial providers are excluded at the database view, not filtered in application code.
