Disclosure hub

Federal filings, organized by source.

Veridion separates each public disclosure spine by source so users can inspect where a number came from before reading any score context. Rows with missing source fields stay incomplete instead of being filled with invented values.

Disclosure limits

Filing systems lag the activity they describe. STOCK Act disclosures can arrive after the transaction date, 13F filings are quarterly, and lobbying reports aggregate activity over reporting windows. Veridion shows the filing source and date where available, and leaves gaps visible when a source does not provide a clean field.
