Terms of Service.

These Terms ("Terms") govern your use of Veridion Markets ("Veridion," "we," "us," the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. Read them.

01Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Veridion. By creating an account, you confirm you are 18+ and have the legal authority to enter into binding agreements in your jurisdiction.

02Your account

• You're responsible for keeping your password secure. If your account is accessed without authorization, notify us immediately at security@veridionmarkets.com.
• One person, one account. No automated account creation. No sharing credentials.
• You may not impersonate anyone else when signing up.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice depending on severity.

03Subscriptions and billing

Tiers

• Apprentice — free forever, no payment required.
• Sovereign — $25/month or $250/year (save $50).
• Reserve — $79/month or $790/year (save $158).

Payment

Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You authorize Stripe to charge your payment method until you cancel. We never touch or store your card details — Stripe handles all payment data under PCI DSS Level 1.

Cancellation

You can cancel any time in your account settings with one click. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep full access to paid features until then, and your card is not charged again.

Refund policy

First-time annual subscriptions: if you are purchasing an annual subscription to a paid tier for the first time on your account, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the initial charge by emailing support@veridionmarkets.com. The refund applies only to the first annual subscription on your account; subsequent annual renewals, tier changes, or repeat annual subscriptions after cancellation are not eligible for this refund.

Monthly subscriptions: monthly subscription payments are non-refundable. You can cancel at any time, and the cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will not be charged again, but the payment for the current period is not refunded.

Renewals: payments for annual or monthly renewal periods are non-refundable. To avoid being renewed, cancel before your renewal date.

Billing errors: if you were charged in error (e.g. a duplicate charge, a tier you did not request, an unauthorized transaction), email support@veridionmarkets.com within 90 days of the charge and we will investigate and refund verified billing errors within 5 business days.

Price changes

We may change prices with 30 days' written notice to active subscribers. Your existing subscription stays at your locked-in price until your next renewal.

04What you can do with Veridion

Use the platform for your own personal investing research and decision-making. View, save, and act on the data we surface in any way you choose for your own account.

05What you can't do

• No scraping — don't extract data en masse using bots, scripts, or automated tools beyond our published API (Reserve tier only). One human, one browser session, normal use.
• No redistribution — don't republish, resell, or sublicense Veridion's data, scores, or signals to third parties. Our market data agreements with upstream providers prohibit it.
• No reverse engineering — of the Veridion Score formula, AI prompts, or proprietary scoring methodology.
• No abuse — don't probe for vulnerabilities, attempt to bypass rate limits, or do anything that could degrade the service for other users.
• No misuse of AI features — the AI chat is for finance-related questions only. Attempting to extract harmful content, prompt-inject the system, or use the API to generate content unrelated to investing is a Terms violation.
• No fraudulent activity — including but not limited to chargeback fraud, fake account creation, or using stolen payment credentials.

Violations may result in immediate account termination without refund.

06Our intellectual property

Veridion owns the platform, its design, code, branding, the Veridion Score methodology, and all derivative content we create. The notes you write, the watchlists you build, the trades you log — those are yours.

Market data displayed on the platform is sourced from licensed third-party providers. That data remains the property of its respective owners and is subject to their licensing terms.

07Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We make no warranty that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
• We make no warranty about the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any market data, score, signal, or AI output.
• Market data may be delayed; AI outputs may be wrong; scores are model outputs not absolute truth.
• Any trading decisions you make based on Veridion content are entirely at your own risk.

08Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Veridion's total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the greater of: (a) the amount you paid to Veridion in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) $100. Veridion is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or trading losses.

09Indemnification

You agree to defend and indemnify Veridion against any claim arising from your misuse of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third party's rights.

10Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.

Either party may, at its option, elect to resolve disputes through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. You waive any right to a class action; all disputes must be brought individually.

11Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via email and a banner on the platform at least 14 days before the new Terms take effect. Continued use of the Service after that date means you accept the updated Terms.

12Termination

You can terminate your account anytime in settings. We can terminate or suspend your account if you violate these Terms, after notice when reasonable. On termination, your access to paid features ends; you can still export your data via our data-portability endpoint for 30 days post-termination.
