Ennis Inc is a trade printer company that manufactures a broad range of printed products throughout the United States. It is engaged in the business of manufacturing, designing, and selling business forms and other printed business products to distributors located in the United States. Through a network of independent distributors, its channel encompasses independent print distributors, commercial printers, direct mail, fulfillment companies, payroll and accounts payable software companies, and advertising agencies, among others. The group operates in a single reportable segment called Print and derives its operating revenues from the manufacturing of mostly custom or semi-custom printed products sold mostly to independent distributors in the United States.
