executive_identity_ambiguous

The executive transaction identity is ambiguous.

What it means: More than one accepted current version matched a stored OGE transaction identifier. The API refuses to choose a row.
What to do: Retry after Retry-After; quote X-Request-ID to support if this persists.
Retry: Retry later; the request was sound. Every 503 carries Retry-After with the minimum wait.
Who changes what: Veridion. The request was sound; something on our side did not answer within its budget or failed a check. The API returned nothing rather than something partial.
